In re Aftermarket Filters Antitrust Litigation

Summary of Pending Case:

The firm represents direct purchasers in a multidistrict class action alleging that the major manufacturers of auto filters illegally conspired and agreed to fix and artificially inflate the price of auto filters. Defendants’ motions to dismiss have been denied and discovery has been ongoing. The court recently denied one defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and another defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
