Summary of Pending Case: In re TFT-LCD (Flat Panel) Antitrust Litigation (MDL Docket No. 1827). This multidistrict class action alleges that the defendants engaged in unfair methods of competition, including price fixing, relating to the marketing and selling of TFT-LCD screens and other devices.
